The German branch of Valeo, an international group which specializes in designing car components for leading manufacturers chose the offer of Comarch ICT. Valeo has previously outsourced some of the IT processes, but in order to raise the standard of services, the company decided to change the provider of outsourcing services and chose Comarch ICT.
The project which began in 2014 includes the maintenance of IT infrastructure and support for the users. It is a continuation of previous cooperation between the two companies in other European markets.

After the contract has been signed, the monthly plan includes Service Desk services, support for more than 4.7k users at 19 locations throughout Germany, server infrastructure management, LAN, SAN, WAN administration, backup and archiving as well as monitoring of availability and performance of IT infrastructure. All critical systems are supported 24/7/365.
Services provided to Valeo are of the highest quality. Our cooperation is based on a precisely defined catalogue of services and detailed service-level agreement parameters defined for each item. Such a model of cooperation requires continuous service monitoring, reporting and analyzing the results.
